We have offices available on flexible monthly terms.
The offices are on level 2, and are both about 12sq m in size. They are accessed through the entrance on the north side of the building – that’s the side which faces the Peace Garden, and Brixton Town Centre. (One set of steps is for the restaurant in the Crypt, and the other is to access the upper floors of the building.)
The offices are bright and airy, and are easily suitable for two or three people.
The rate is £650 +VAT per month, on flexible monthly terms. You could try it for a month, and see if it’s suitable. The price includes wi-fi, Business Rates, electricity and a daily cleaner. There’s a small shared kitchen and a large bookable breakout space and bookable meeting room.
The offices are provided at reduced rates for charities, especially those which work towards the church’s social mission.
A one month deposit (+VAT) is required.
